We all know that a women’s biological clock ticks on its own. Once you reach the sunset years of conceiving, your body is left with lesser amount of eggs each month and your chances of conceiving drops drastically. In other words, infertility increases with age (see graph).

You can also see the chances of getting pregnant falls to 36% between age of 40-44.
